Touring Europe in a Motorhome & Living Large with Less

Due to a few changes we are not currently travelling long term in our motorhome. But we are still motorhomers and fully intend to return to our long term trips.

These are the travels of Steven & Jane in our motorhome called Ferdie. In June 2013 we decided to make some changes to our lives and take more time for ourselves. We had both recently turned 40, had paid off our mortgage, had a beautiful home and lifestyle but… We had talked several times about going traveling but my business was always a stumbling block. I run a web business and whilst I can mostly work from anywhere (just need a laptop and internet connection) I have always felt tied to the business. The same year I started investigating how I could work remotely and spoke to several other motorhome owners who needed regular internet access and it turned out it was not that difficult. So, a plan has been hatched to go traveling around Europe in our new (old) motorhome. Keeping my business running by working some days and generally have some rest, fun and importantly some adventures.
